Planned restart window: 04:25 and 16:25 UK time (03:25 and 15:25 UTC). In-game warnings appear before it happens.

Backups now run inside the warned window, so players should not be kicked again a few minutes later.

If textures or UI look broken, leave, fully close Minecraft, clear cached/resource-pack data, then rejoin and let packs download.

Use Discord with your gamertag, what happened, what you were doing, time, and screenshots or video if possible.
